1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • You are eligible for a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original packaging and labels.

  • Custom or personalized items are generally not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration by the customer are not eligible for return.

2. Initiating a Return:

  • Provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.

  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

3. Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

  • Please include the RA number on the outside of the package and enclose a copy of the original packing slip or invoice inside the package.

4. Inspection and Refund:

  • Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

  • If the item is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Defective or Damaged Items:
